The prize draw is open to residents of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of IAG Loyalty Retail Limited, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw. 

To enter, entrants must complete and submit the sign-up form at thewineflyer.co.uk/high-life-advent-calendar during the promotion period, providing their name, email address and date of birth. 

No entries received outside the promotion period will be accepted. 

No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. 

No bulk or third-party entries are permitted and only one entry per person is allowed. 

The prize is one (1) 2026 Wine Advent Calendar worth £99.99 (the “Prize”). 

Following the end of the promotion period, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries under independent supervision, subject to the winner satisfying the Promoter’s verification requirements. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided when entering the prize draw. The winner will have fourteen (14) days from notification to confirm their acceptance of the Prize and provide the delivery details required to fulfil the Prize. If the winner does not claim the Prize within this period, or declines the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries. If the Promoter cannot locate an eligible winner, the Prize may go unawarded. 

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash or credit alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. 

Any incidental expenses relating to the Prize that are not expressly stated as forming part of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for misdirected, incomplete or unsuccessful entries resulting from entrant error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs, telephone malfunction or other causes outside its reasonable control. 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility where the winner is unable to claim the Prize within the specified claim period. 

Personal data provided by entrants will be processed by the Promoter where reasonably necessary for the administration of the prize draw, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and awarding and fulfilling the Prize. Personal data collected for the administration of the prize draw will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately consented to such use. 

Entrants may separately choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from The Wine Flyer by selecting the relevant consent box on the entry form. Choosing not to opt in to marketing communications will not affect an entrant’s eligibility to enter or win the prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or substitute the Prize where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes is tampering with the entry process or operation of the prize draw, acting in breach of these terms and conditions, or acting in an inappropriate, offensive or disruptive manner. 

The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between them and the promotional materials. 

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. 

This prize draw is governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, except that if an entrant is resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, they may also bring proceedings in their local courts. 

Delivery is available to UK addresses only, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPO addresses. Standard delivery takes approximately 5 working days (delivery to offshore islands, the Scottish Highlands and some other areas of Scotland may take slightly longer).
