This website (Website) is owned and operated IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (trading as The Wineflyer), (company number 13984706), whose registered office is at Waterside (Hea3), PO Box 365, Harmondsworth, UB7 0GB. Our registered VAT number is 414 0333 49.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions (the “Terms”): "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (trading as The Wine Flyer) while references to “You” and “Your” refers to the persons accessing this website (including persons who access this site on the behalf of other persons); references to "Material" or "Materials" includes data, information and databases.

 

Please review these Terms carefully before using this website. Your use of this website indicates Your agreement to be bound by these Terms in consideration of the access provided to the website as detailed below.


If You do not agree to these Terms, any of the related documentation linked below or other restrictions notified to You during the course of Your use of this website You are not permitted to, and agree not to, use or access this website.

SMS Subscription - Mobile Terms of Service

The IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (Trading as The Wine Flyer) mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (Trading as The Wine Flyer) (“IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (Trading as The Wine Flyer)”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

 

By consenting to IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (Trading as The Wine Flyer)’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (Trading as The Wine Flyer) through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

 

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (Trading as The Wine Flyer). Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

 

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

 

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (Trading as The Wine Flyer) mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Amendments to these Terms

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to comply with law or to meet Our changing business requirements by amending this page without notice to You. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes made. Such changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on the Sites. By continuing to use the Sites or purchasing products or services from Us, You agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.

Other Important Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in relation to them and any contract made under them. If any of these Terms are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of the Terms remain in full force and effect.

 

Only You and We are entitled to enforce these Terms. No third party is entitled to enforce any of these Terms, whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

We may freely transfer or assign any portion of Our rights or delegate Our obligations under these Terms. You are not entitled to transfer or assign, by operation of law or otherwise, any portion of Your rights or delegate Your obligations under these Terms without Our prior written consent.

 

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy set out the entire agreement between You and Us and replace any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties and/or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any delay or failure by Us to exercise any right We may have under these Terms does not constitute a waiver by Us of that right.


Terms of Sale

Contract Creation

a) The placing of an order anywhere on Our Site does not constitute a contract. Order acceptance and the contract between You and Us will only be formed on the despatch to You of the product(s) ordered unless We have notified You that We do not accept Your order, or You have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions set out in the “Cancellations, Replacements and Refunds” section below. For the avoidance of doubt, a contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from You by IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (t/a The Wine Flyer) nor at the point when You receive an email from IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (t/a The Wine Flyer) acknowledging receipt of Your order.

 

b) You may make an order for:

 

i. a one-off purchase (One-Off Purchase);

 

ii. a subscription as described on the Site (Subscription).

 

c) We may, at Our absolute discretion, accept or reject an order. We will endeavour to notify You of a rejection at the time of the order or within a reasonable time thereafter. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of, but is not limited to, one of the following:

 

i. The product(s) You ordered being unavailable from stock

 

ii. Our inability to obtain authorisation for Your payment

 

iii. Our inability or that of our couriers to verify that You are aged 18 or over

 

iv. The identification of a pricing or product description error

 

v. Insufficient Avios points available in Your Executive Club account

 

vi. The fraudulent use of Avios points

 

vii. The repeated or fraudulent use of vouchers

 

d) Each One-Off Purchase order that We accept results in a separate binding agreement between You and Us for the supply of products in accordance with these Terms.

Prices

a) All cash prices are quoted in pounds sterling or an Avios equivalent (see Avios section), and may be per bottle or per case, as marked. The prices include UK duty and VAT, unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional, unless otherwise specified.

 

b) Although We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on Our Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and products may be incorrectly priced. In the event that a product You have ordered is listed at an incorrect price We will contact You by email before despatching Your product asking You to confirm if You still wish to proceed with Your order at the correct price or cancel Your order. If You do not confirm that You wish to proceed with the order within seven days of the date of Our email, We will consider this is a withdrawal of Your order.

 

c) Where a particular wine is part of a pre-mix case with a general discount applied, the discounted price for the case is relative to the non-discounted prices for the constituent wines.

 

d) We reserve the right to alter prices without notice in the event of major currency fluctuations, changes in the rate of duty, VAT or other taxes or import tariffs (including but not limited to the imposition of any new or replacement duty or tariff by the WTO or any other competent authority domestic or international) or other market conditions.

 

e) We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice.

 

f) When you give Us your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card for the purpose of ordering products from Us.

 

g) Where You enter into an agreement to be supplied with a regular delivery of products (e.g. wine Subscription) You agree to Us holding Your payment details and charging Your registered payment method as agreed. You also agree to Us requesting updated details from Your payment provider should the details of Your payment method change and to charge the updated payment method in the same way as the original payment method. We reserve the right to take payment from another registered payment card if We fail to take payment from Your default payment card or Your default payment method has expired. This in no way restricts Your rights to cancel.

Avios Collection

a) Avios and Avios redemptions are subject to the Executive Club terms and conditions.

 

b) A core collection Avios rate of five Avios per £1 spent is applicable on single purchases and on purchases as part of a subscription. Alternative collection rates may apply on a promotional basis.

 

c) The maximum Avios that can be collected on a product will be provided to a customer on the product details page of the website and is based on a single product’s (SKU) total cash value, inclusive of taxes. The actual Avios awarded will be calculated based on the cash value of the total number of each product in the order at the applicable collection rate for that product. The cash value is the cost to the customer of the product inclusive of taxes after the use of redemption of Avios used to discount.

 

d) There is no award of Avios on delivery charges.

 

e) Where a substitute product is accepted (see section on Availability), we will award Avios on the basis of the original product ordered.

 

f) Award of Avios on orders that are part of a Subscription will be made in line with the subscription’s billing cycle, in line with the value of the products billed in that cycle.

 

g) Where an order is cancelled or returned, any Avios awarded in relation to that order will be debited from the Executive Club members account.

 

h) Member accounts should be credited with Avios at the same time the order is placed, however, it may take up to 30 days for the Avios to appear in a members statement.

 

i) Unless otherwise specified, only a single bonus Avios promotion code may be applied to any one order in isolation.

 

Redemptions

a) Avios can be used to reduce the cash value (including taxes) in part or in full for products available for sale on the Website. The number of Avios required to reduce the cash value can vary by product and we reserve the right to change this without notice.  

 

b) Avios cannot be used in part or in full on delivery charges.  

 

c) Redemptions are applied at the same proportion on each product in an order and cannot adapted by product. For example, you cannot redeem 20% of one products value and 10% of another and rather, all products would need to be either 10% or 20%.

 

d) Where a substitute product is accepted (see section on Availability), we will debit Avios from the members account on the basis of the original product ordered.

 

e) Spending of Avios on orders that are part of a Subscription is not available except for the first order where the subscription is set up.

 

f) Where an order is cancelled or returned, any Avios redeemed in relation to that order will be credited from the Executive Club members account in line with the section on Refunds.

 

g) We are unable to offer Avios as a form of reducing the basket value for corporate orders, however we do allow the named individual ordering to collect up to 50k Avios depending on the total order value.

Availability

a) All products and services are subject to availability.

 

b) Occasionally We have to substitute wines for another vintage or an alternative wine of equal or greater value. If You are unhappy with any substitutions You receive We will arrange collection at Our cost and the value of the wine will be refunded.

Re-sale

a) Purchases from Us directly through our website are for Your own use only (which may include their use as gifts for third parties).

 

b) We are approved by the Alcohol Wholesale Registration Scheme (AWRS) to sell alcohol to businesses. Our registration number is XEAW0000011899. Should You wish to re-sell alcohol for commercial purposes, you must contact us to discuss your requirements prior to purchasing and provide information required under the AWRS relating to your purchase.

Age Restricitions

a) It is against the law for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol or for any person over the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for any person under the age of 18.

 

b) When You register Your details, You will be required to enter a valid date of birth to confirm You are 18 years old or older. By placing an order, You also confirm that You are at least 18 years old. We may validate name, address, age and other personal information supplied by You during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions You consent to such checks being made.

 

c) If You are buying a case of wine as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

 

d) If Our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of a delivery, they will request the recipient to provide a form of age identification ("ID”). If the person receiving the delivery is unable to produce appropriate ID, Our couriers are not permitted to leave the wine.

Delivery

a) We deliver throughout the UK except for Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, The Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

 

b) We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days, although there may be situations out of our control where it may take longer. Deliveries to addresses in the Scottish Highlands may take longer.

 

c) If You order 2 or more cases, they may not all be delivered at the same time, although the delivery charge will stay the same.

 

d) After an initial attempted delivery, our Couriers will automatically attempt redelivery on the next working day if they haven’t left your item at your local Post Office or with a neighbour. Redelivery will be attempted up to 3 times after which the order will be returned to us and additional deliver charges will be required to attempt further delivery.

 

e) We reserve the right to restrict deliveries or to withdraw services to individual customers' addresses if You are repeatedly unavailable to take delivery of Your order or in other exceptional circumstances.

 

f) If You are out, subject to ensuring compliance with the applicable Age Restrictions, the delivery driver may be able to leave Your order for You in accordance with the instructions that You gave Us when You placed Your order, for example, in a safe place or to a neighbouring address and if this is not possible, a card will be posted through Your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.

 

g) You should keep Your delivery note and all packaging and should notify Us immediately if any of the order is missing or damaged.

 

h) Free delivery applies within the UK when the final basket value remains over £100 cash in a single transaction, after discounts from Spend Avios have been deducted (including transactions that involve the redemption of Avios and/or gift cards) and when delivered to a single UK address.

 

i) For orders that are part of a Subscription, the purchase price of items within a single delivery constitute the value of the single transaction.

 

j) Next-day delivery only applies to orders which are placed before 1pm Monday – Friday and your delivery shall be delivered the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Deliveries to addresses in the Scottish Highlands are excluded from this service. We cannot always guarantee next working day delivery, however all orders placed before 1pm which have paid for next-day delivery service will be shipped with express delivery service. Should a delivery not be attempted the next working day, we will refund the difference between next day delivery and standard delivery. Please contact The Wine Flyer support team for further information.

 

k) We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of Our obligations under these Terms of Sale arising from any event which is outside of Our control (for example, an act of God, governmental act, war, fire, adverse weather conditions including snow, flood or storm, explosion or civil commotion, failure of a third party (other than Our sub-contractors) or information technology or telecommunications services failures, or industrial action).

 

l) In the event of a significant delay or failure, We will contact You and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay or failure. If You are unhappy with a delay which affects Your order, You may cancel the order and receive a refund for any products You have paid for but not received by contacting Us. If You subsequently receive Your order after cancelling it and getting a refund, You must let Us know and allow Us to collect the products You have received.

Cancellations and Replacements

a) You may cancel a One-Off Purchase for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 14 business days from the day after the date You receive Your order, provided all of the products are unopened, intact and have been stored appropriately whilst in Your care. Please let Us know if You wish to cancel an order by completing the cancellation form on Our Site.

 

b) You can cancel Your Subscription any time by updating Your account preferences on the Site. You must notify Us at least 2 business days prior to the next Billing Date. If You cancel Your Subscription less than 2 business days prior to the next Billing Date, You will be charged for the order on the next Billing Date and Your cancellation of the Subscription will be effective for the following period.

You may return your items within this 14-day period at your own expense and by arranging your own postage or courtier. A returns request and label can be generated through our returns portal. We will reimburse the sum paid for the goods excluding delivery fees.

c) In the event that any of the products in Your order are incorrect or missing, please let Us know within 14 days and We will arrange to collect the item and then once We have confirmed receipt of that item, We will send the correct replacement free of charge. Delivery of the replacement product should take place within 7 business days of You notifying Us regarding the incorrect or missing item.

 

d) It is Your responsibility to hold onto the products included in Your order and take reasonable care of them until We come to collect them, regardless of the reason for return. Goods returned, unless faulty, need to be returned in resalable condition (for example, unopened no removal of seals). We will reduce Your refund to reflect the reduction in the value of the goods which are not returned in a resalable condition.

 

e) If a product is faulty (for example a bottle of wine is corked, oxidised or appears otherwise out of condition), provided it is within 6 months of purchase and has been stored in suitable conditions, We will arrange to replace the faulty bottle with a bottle of the same type of wine (or if not available, a bottle of another type of wine which is of equivalent value). Alternatively, if You prefer We will refund You an amount equal to the value of the bottle. We reserve the right to ask You to provide evidence of the fault and/or We will collect the faulty bottle for inspection (at Our cost).

 

f) This does not affect Your legal rights in respect of any of Our products or services (for example, if any of Our products are not of satisfactory quality). In particular, We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with these Terms. You have certain legal remedies if We breach these rights. For more information about Your legal rights, please contact Your local Citizens Advice Service or Trading Standards Service. To exercise Your legal rights, please contact Our Customer Services team using one of the methods in the “Contact Us” section below.

 

g) In the event you have returned an order, please allow up to 5 working days from confirmation of delivery of the return for the item to be checked and a further 10 working days for any refund to be processed.

Refunds

a) All refunds given will be made by the same payment method You originally used to make payment. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed.

 

b) Where partial refunds are given, if part payment was made

 

i. using Avios, We will refund Your Avios account first, prior to crediting the remaining refund amount to the original method of payment.

 

ii. using a Gift Card, We will refund to a new Gift Card, prior to crediting the remaining refund amount to the original method of payment.

 

iii. using a combination of cash, Avios and Gift Card, We will refund Your Avios account first, then to a new Gift Card with any remaining refund amount to the original method of payment.

Northern Ireland - Alcoholic products

On the 6th April 2023 the Northern Irish Government introduced regulations which prohibits the collection and spending of loyalty points, including Avios, on any alcoholic product with an ABV percentage of 0.5% or more. This unfortunately now prohibits the delivery of goods to British Airways Executive Club members with a registration or delivery address in Northern Ireland until further notice.

  • Clause 17 introduces new Article 57ZB in the Licensing Order (Prohibition of loyalty schemes). Article 57ZB prohibits the award or redemption of loyalty or bonus points for the purchase of intoxicating liquor in all licensed premises.

  • Article 57ZB adds an offence (punishable by a fine up to £5,000) for a licence holder to operate a loyalty reward or bonus scheme.

  • Subsection (2) makes a consequential amendment to Part 3 of Schedule 10A (penalty points for offences punishable with level 5 fine) to take account of the introduction of new Article 57ZB.

Liability

a) You have certain legal rights in respect of any products or services You purchase from Us, including that such products are of satisfactory quality and that services are provided with reasonable care and skill. You have certain legal remedies if We breach these rights. Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to affect or limit these legal rights or other rights to which You may also be entitled, for example to damages. For more information about Your legal rights please contact Your local Citizens Advice Service or Trading Standards Service.

 

b) Our liability for any losses, damage or costs You suffer as a result of Us failing to comply with these Terms of Sale is strictly limited to any losses, damage or costs which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure. Loss, damage or a cost is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen, or if, at the time the contract was made, both We and You knew it might happen.

 

c) We will not be liable to You or to any third party for any loss, damage or costs which arise as a result of Your failure to comply with any of the following:

 

i. Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

 

ii. Drinks with a high sugar content should be consumed in moderation.

 

iii. Lifting, transportation, storage or otherwise handling of any product in an appropriate and safe manner. For example, a case of wine, beer and/or spirits is heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If You are concerned about the weight, We advise that You transfer the units (e.g. bottles) 1 or 2 at a time.

 

iv. Wine may cause staining if spilt so extra care should be taken as We will not be liable for any spillages or breakages involving one or more of Our products, unless such loss, damage or cost arises as a result of Our negligence or one of Our products being faulty or defective.

 

v. Sparkling wines and champagnes can be volatile due to the build-up of gasses. Extra care should be taken when opening these.

 

d) The correct storage of wine is of vital importance. Where possible, You should store bottles horizontally, at a stable, cool temperature, out of direct light and in an atmosphere which has some moisture in order to avoid the drying out of corks. The wine should be subject to as little movement as possible. Failure to store products correctly could result in Us being unable to accept the cancellation of an order.


e) Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall affect Our liability for death or personal injury arising from Our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Security, Fraud and Crime Prevention

a) For the purposes of the prevention or detection of offences, and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, We may share any information that We collect with the police, other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation. Information shared in this way will not be used for marketing purposes.

 

b) All information (including credit card details) is sent and received using up-to-date secure e-commerce software. We continuously monitor and implement new security protocols and software as they become available.

If you have behaved in a threatening, abusive, insulting or disorderly way towards a member of our customer service staff or any employee of IAG Loyalty Retail Limited. Our customer service team is committed to providing a fair and transparent service. We ask that customers respect our staff. We will not tolerate abusive behaviour. Under these circumstances no member of staff should be required to or feel obliged to deal with any customer either over the phone or in correspondence.

Subscriptions

a) Your Subscription will automatically renew on each billing cycle based on the products included in your Subscription.

 

b) You will be charged for each order by default on the calendar day corresponding to when you placed your first Subscription order (Billing Day). The default Billing Day can be amended up to 4 days prior to the next Billing Day.

 

c) The selection of products to be included in each order under your Subscription will be notified to you in writing prior to your Billing Day and the contents will be refreshed on a monthly basis.

 

d) Once You receive the details of a product mix, you have until Your Billing Day to notify us in writing if you wish to make any changes to the subscription case type. Individual bottle changes to fixed case types are not permitted.

 

e) You may change the frequency of your Subscription at any time by updating your account on the Site (for example changing from quarterly to monthly).

 

f) You may change the products included in your Subscription to another case at any time in the manage Subscription page within Your account (or similar) which will become effective on the next Billing Day. The payment method linked to your account will automatically be charged the subscription fee based on the value of products included in the Subscription on your next Billing Day.

 

g) Your Subscription automatically continues until cancelled in accordance with the ‘Cancellation’ clause.

 

h) We may, at our absolute discretion, cancel Your subscription for any reason. We will notify You in the event of the cancellation of a Subscription.

 

i) If you have taken part in the bonus Avios subscription offer SUPERSUB, you have committed to 2 subscription orders. Customers who cancel subscribed products before the 2nd order is successfully charged and delivered will have the bonus element of 2,000 Avios deducted. Please read more about this offer in the offer section of this page below.


Website Terms & Conditions

Use of the Sites

a) To comply with licensing and other legislation, the Sites are only available to those aged 18 years and over. By using the Sites, You agree that You are aged 18 or over. If You are not, You must not use the Sites. We will ask You to enter Your date of birth before making any purchases.

 

b) Your use of this website is personal to You. We provide this website solely to permit You to view the availability of Our goods and services and to transact business with Us and for no other purpose.

 

c) You must not permit access to or use of this website or any of the Material on or obtained from this website to any commercial entity or other organisation providing a service to the public.

 

d) Your access to this website is on a temporary basis, and We reserve the right to withdraw, restrict or amend the services accessibly to You on the website without notice at Our absolute discretion.

 

e) You may only use this website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and, in any event, for lawful and proper purposes which includes complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within the UK or other jurisdiction from which You are accessing this website. Except as expressly permitted by Us, You shall not use this website for any purpose.

 

f) In particular, You agree that, You must not:

 

i. post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via this website which is or may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal;

 

ii. use ‘screen scraping’, any automated algorithm, device, method, system, software or manual process to access, use, search, copy, monitor or extract material (in whole or in part) from or through using this website unless We have given Our express written agreement;

 

iii. use this website in a manner which causes or may cause an infringement of the rights of any other

 

iv. make any unauthorised, false or fraudulent purchase

 

v. use any software, routine or device to interfere or attempt to interfere electronically or manually with the operation or functionality of this website including but not limited to uploading or making available files containing corrupt data or viruses via whatever means

 

vi. deface, alter or interfere with the front end ‘look and feel’ of this website or the underlying software code

 

vii. take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this website or related infrastructure

 

viii. permit any automatic registration, logging in or access to any of the material on the website

 

ix. obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access, via whatever means, to any of Our networks or accounts or to information about other users

 

x. disclose confidential information of any person or entity including without limitation Our confidential information.

Your Account

a) To purchase products from Us, You are required to be an active British Airways Executive Club member. By using Our website You agree to the Executive Club terms and conditions.

Propriety Rights

Subscription Terms and Conditions

a) Your Subscription will automatically renew on each billing cycle based on the products included in your Subscription.
 
b) You will be charged for each order by default on the calendar day corresponding to when you placed your first Subscription order (Billing Day). The default Billing Day can be amended up to 4 days prior to the next Billing Day.
 
c) The selection of products to be included in each order under your Subscription will be notified to you in writing prior to your Billing Day and the contents will be refreshed on a monthly basis.
 
d) Once You receive the details of a product mix, you have until Your Billing Day to notify us in writing if you wish to make any changes to the subscription case type. Individual bottle changes to fixed case types are not permitted.
 
e) You may change the frequency of your Subscription at any time by updating your account on the Site (for example changing from quarterly to monthly).
 
f) You may change the products included in your Subscription to another case at any time in the manage Subscription page within Your account (or similar) which will become effective on the next Billing Day. The payment method linked to your account will automatically be charged the subscription fee based on the value of products included in the Subscription on your next Billing Day.
 
g) Your Subscription automatically continues until cancelled in accordance with the ‘Cancellation’ clause.
 
h) We may, at our absolute discretion, cancel Your subscription for any reason. We will notify You in the event of the cancellation of a Subscription.
