This Cremant d`Alsace is a traditional method blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois and Pinot Noir. Produced, by one of the oldest estates in Alsace, their progressive stewardship has seen the introduction of biodynamic and low-intervention principles into their wine-making that ensures wonderfully expressive, clean and complex wines.

Please note this limited batch of Jean-Baptiste Adam Crémant d'Alsace Brut is in brown glass instead of the usual green bottle. During global glass shortages, the producer temporarily used brown bottles to maintain production. The wine itself is unchanged.
