Madre Mezcal is an artisanal Mezcal, made by hand using both Espadin and Cuixe agave, to create Madre’s distinct flavor. The agaves are roasted in the earth, and fermented with local well-water and wild yeast. Distillation happens in the family’s aged copper still, finishing the mezcal with a strong, but soft body.
