How many Avios will I collect on subscription orders?
You will collect up to 2,000 Avios on every case.
What happens to my bonus Avios if I cancel my subscription?
Customers should enter into this offer in good faith, prepared to receive subsequent subscribed orders. Customers who cancel subscribed products before the 2nd order is successfully charged and delivered will have the bonus element of 2,000 Avios deducted.
Can I spend Avios on every subscription case?
You can spend Avios on your first order, however subsequent orders will be charged to the registered card on your account. Click here to manage your subscription.
Can I create my own case?
No unfortunately not yet - we have lots of plans that we will share with you soon.
Can I change individual wines in the case?
No unfortunately not at this time.
How will I be charged for my subscription cases?
This will be charged when your wines are ready for despatch and we will charge the default payment method you have stored in your account. You may change this at any time by amending within your account settings on the payment methods page.
Will you send me tasting notes?
Coming very soon - we're working on a number of exciting guides to everything you can expect to enjoy in your upcoming case and the places the wines are produced in or best enjoyed.
What if I dont like the wine?
If you do not like the wine please let us know, we have a very flexible policy on returns and we will always do out utmost to ensure you are fully satisfied.

I have not received my Avios
Avios will be credited to your account within 30 days of the transaction, if you cannot locate the transaction on your statement please get in touch with us via the contact us link.
Will the spend on subscriptions count towards spend based offers or incentives run by credit card and banking organisations?
These are often managed by our partners in isolation and require you to save an offer to card, at this time we cannot confirm inclusion.

You can manage your subscription through the My Account links. You have complete control of when your subscription arrives and can easily amend the preferred date as required.
Can I order the subscription case without subscribing?
Our subscription cases are exclusively for our subscribed customers. If you like these cases there is a high probability you will like our future cases. Why not subscribe and then take advantage of our flexible subscription options to find something that suits your needs?
Will I be able to track my delivery?
Yes, you will. Just like all orders placed with us, you will receive a tracking email as soon as our carrier collects your parcel from the fulfilment centre.
How much is each case?
Each case is priced between £119.99 and £169.99, depending on the wines included.
I have a discount/offer code can I apply to my subscription?
Due to the exceptional value of our subscription cases we are unable to add other offers to these. However, we have a vast range of products outside the subscription items and you most certainly can use discount codes and offers on these.
How can I change my delivery date?
You can manage your subscription through the My Account links. You have complete control of when your subscription arrives and can easily amend the preferred date as required.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can manage your subscription through the My Account links. Provided the delivery is 10 days before the scheduled delivery, you are able to amend the delivery address. This is a great option if you want the wine to be a gift or even if you plan on a UK holiday sipping your favourite wines.
Will I be able to subscribe for someone as a gift?
Yes you will. You will need to provide the recipients details for delivery and, if you want to change anything, you will need to do this within Your Account Area.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We have policies that relate to not liking your wine or you changing your mind plus various other flexible solutions. Contact our Customer Servicing Team with your situation and they will resolve this for you. Alternatively if you simply want to return your wines in full we are able to arrange this for you.
