Terms & Conditions
1. To be eligible for this prize draw, customers must be at least 18 years old and be a UK resident. (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant”) and a member of the British Airways Club, which is free to join. Employees (and their immediate family members) of AGL and its affiliates, including IAG Loyalty Retail Limited, are excluded from entering this prize draw.
2. To enter the prize draw the Eligible Participant must purchase at least one (1) bottle from the below list between 23rd October 00:01BST to 29th October 23:59BST 2025.

3. Customers can enter the prize draw only once during the promotional period. Multiple purchases during the promotional period will not qualify for multiple entries to the prize draw.
4. There is only one (1) prize to be won of The London Eye Experience and a magnum bottle of Champagne Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut.

Experience includes: Fast Track entry plus a glass of Champagne - Arrive at least 15 minutes before your experience and check in at the London Eye Ticket Office
- We operate Challenge 25 therefore proof of age for the consumption of alcohol must be presented upon request by each guest.
- Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18+
- All guests must have a valid Champagne Experience ticket. Guests under 18 will be served a soft drink. Under 2s must also have a ticket which can be selected upon purchase.
- Excludes entry on selected peak dates including Valentines Day, Christmas Day, School Holidays, Bank Holidays and during shutdown (5th-18th January 2026). The London Eye reserves the right to restrict further dates.
- The prize must be redeemed within 12 months.
- This competition is open to UK resident individuals aged 18 years or older.
- The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other experience or for monetary value.

6. All purchases to qualify for entry into this prize draw must be completed by 23:59BST on 29th October 2025 when the prize draw entry will close. Purchases completed after this time will not be counted. Only one entry per Eligible Participant is allowed.
7. The winner will be selected on 7th November 2025 by The Wine Flyer using a random selection generator in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. The winner will be notified by 10th November 2025 using the contact details provided on their purchase with details of how to obtain their prize. We will contact the winner via email and confirm their acceptance of the prize in writing by 17th November 2025 (“Claim Period”) by utilising the medium by which they were contacted. If the winner does not claim the prize within the Claim Period, or the prize is declined by the winner, a supplementary winner may be drawn from the remaining Eligible Participants' entries at The Wine Flyer’s discretion and this winner will be sent the relevant notification. In the event that The Wine Flyer cannot locate a potential winner, the prize may go unawarded.
9. The Wine Flyer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
10. Personal data (including, but not limited to, the name of each participant, Date of birth and email address) will be taken where necessary from all entries received and from all participants where such information is given but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary and solely used for the administration of the prize draw. This data will be shared with third parties for the purposes of operating the prize draw and awarding the prize (Avios). The legal basis for processing participants’ personal data is the performance of the current T&Cs, which are provided and accepted by entering the prize draw. Personal data will be limited to details reasonably necessary and will not be used for unrelated purposes without further notice and, where appropriate, additional consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the IAG Loyalty Retail Privacy Policy, which contains more information about how we use your data and your rights in relation to it.
11. These Terms and Conditions apply to every Eligible Participant entering the prize draw with no exceptions. By entering this prize draw, Eligible Participants fully agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
12. This prize draw is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on Your jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.
14. If any of these Terms are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
15. The promoter is IAG Loyalty Retail Limited, a company under the laws of England, with company number 13984706 and. registered address is Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, UB7 0GB, England. IAG Loyalty Retail Limited is the subsidiary of Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”).
16. The Wine Flyer is a trading name of IAG Loyalty Retail Limited, specialising primarily in the sale of alcohol.
