Yes, your tier discount applies to your first subscription case only. Subsequent subscription orders will not have the discount applied.
Does the discount work when I am spending Avios to reduce the cost of my order?
Yes, the discount will reduce the total cash value of your basket and the correlating Avios amount.
What happens if I change Tier?
The correct discount as per your Tier at the time of logging in will be applied.
Are there any product exclusions?
All standard products are included; however, some promotional and non-promotional products will not be eligible for the tier discount, this is required to adhere to pricing legislation in the territories in which we operate. Ineligible product(s) will not display a discount in the ‘Your Bag’ summary within the checkout page.
