Cantina Orsogna is an award-winning Abruzzo cooperative specialising in native grapes and committed to biodynamic principles. This sparkling wine is made following the Methode Ancestral, left ageing 'sur lie' with the yeasts remaining in the bottle, which gives the wine an opaque appearance. Made 100% from Pinot Grigio, the wine is salmon pink in colour due to the natural pink hue of the grape's skin. It has expressive notes of strawberry and nectarine on the nose, followed by a lightly sparkling palate with notes of red berries, ripe peach, pear and a toasty finish.
