This fresh and fruity light red, a blend of whole bunch fermented shiraz, tempranillo, merlot and pinot noir, is from the Central Ranges in Australia. It is fermented by wild yeast, unfined & unfiltered and grown at high altitude which helps to retain fresh acidity. Perfect served chilled, with red berry, apple, plum and floral notes, it is cool party wine.
