Description
The skins for fresh Queen Victoria pineapples are infused into Plantation 3 Stars White Rum for 3 weeks and then pot distilled to lock in the fresh flavours. Separately, the juicy flesh of the pineapples is macerated in Plantation Original Dark Rum for 3 months. Finally, these two delicious rums are blended together, letting the liquids marry for a further 3 months.
Best served in cocktails with a pineapple twist, such as a daiquiri, mai-tai and rum punch. Stiggin’s fancy is also a delicious sipping rum.
